Transfer

You have 7 days to transfer the item from the date you purchase it. You will need to email to us at info@alpharoots.asia and you will be required to attach the purchase receipt.

Expiry of Product Usage

Items purchased and it is not redeemed and transfer within the next 6 months will be forfeit. However, you may still write to us at info@alpharoots.asia to seek for further advice.

Use of Treatment

Once the treatment had been done, there will be no refund or transfer of treatment.
